Lending Works came to EHD with a mission to reinvent the status quo with their peer-to-peer approach – facilitating the lending of money directly between individuals.
To achieve this, they needed an all-new lending platform which would provide a fair, friendly and streamlined experience. A platform that would challenge the incumbents in the sector and truly reflect the core values of Lending Works.
That’s where we came in, and that’s exactly what we did.
This was a project with undeniable potential, and, due to its ‘from the ground up’ nature, a hugely exciting one.
So we began, simply, with a blank page. From here we designed and subsequently built the whole Lending Works platform – from loan applications through to lender returns and absolutely everything in between.
The outcome? We developed a platform that not only provides an amazing user experience, but is also powered by phenomenally intelligent systems, design and processes behind the scenes.
This is a platform that really has it all – smart algorithms, interest calculations, modular framework, and crucially – results. Since its launch through to April 2017 the site has boomed, with over 9,000 loans and total lending of over £55 million.
