Trio of Digital Agencies Merge to Offer Psychological Edge on Competitors

Top London agencies Energy House Digital (Paid Search and Development), Neuro Web Marketing (Psychology based CRO, UX and SEO) and Digivate (SEO and Development) have today announced their merger in a bid to become the UK’s leading agency in the delivery of psychology led digital marketing. The merger puts the new company among the top 100 independent digital agencies, by revenue, in the country.

This three-way merger brings the solid experience and success of Energy House Digital, together with the innovative and hugely successful psychological and behavioural science specialities of Neuro Web Marketing and Digivate’s strong marketing and development legacy spanning 20 years. The new company plans to capitalise on their unique expertise in psychology and behavioural science as well as their holistic digital marketing skillset to improve ROI for their clients.

The merger was announced today by the now Group Marketing Director, Mark Gomer, who believes that this is a huge step for the three agencies.

“The merger brings together three specialist agencies with extremely complementary experience and expertise. In joining forces we’ll be able to provide both our existing and future clients with even better support and performance, expand into new areas such as psychology based Conversion Rate Optimisation as well as strengthen our provision of Search Engine Optimisation & Pay Per Click advertising. The group unifies three agencies with a fantastic track record and we’re super excited to continue our journey together under one roof.”

The group is increasingly focused on improving the standard array of digital marketing services via the use of advanced psychology and behavioural science to gain and convert significantly more visitors into paying customers or leads.

Tim Gray, brainchild of the merge, and founder of Neuro Web Marketing strongly feels that the merger will mean the agency has a huge advantage over what London’s other digital agencies offer.

‘Both Neuroweb and Digivate uniquely use psychology when building and rolling out strategies for our clients, which is an approach that no other UK digital agency is currently doing. In a way, we’re pioneers in the psychological approach. We’re simply taking it to the next level by uniting our approach with the strong, experienced and customer centric service offered by Energy House Digital.’

He notes that ‘Psychology, when twinned with the experience in the digital marketing arena that all three agencies have, is an approach that can lead to significant growth for clients, rapidly driving increased revenue’.

Gray’s comments are not without evidence.

The psychological and behavioural science approach is something that has clearly been working well for the agencies so far. Neuro Web Marketing alone report an average conversion rate increase of 116% as well as an average uplift in website traffic over a twelve-month strategy of 72%.

If these figures are anything to go by, this merger looks to make tough competition for others in the digital marketing arena as the three agencies consolidate and look to grow further together.
