Just Cook

Just Cook is an online resource dedicated to getting people cooking at home. With an online shop supplying cooking essentials and a school with cooking courses, Just Cook is a one stop shop aimed at getting people excited about cooking.

Brief

Just Cook approached Energy House Digital to ask us to create a stunning website for their new school. The website had to interface with their existing shop and blog. The website also had to be in keeping with the Just Cook image and branding.

What we did

Website Design - Our designers created a look to impress. Using bright gourmet cuisine and cooking related imagery as well as a colourful left hand navigation the earthy colours of Just Cook are brought to life.

Website Development - At the clients request the just cook website includes a Viral Friend Generator. This is a pop up which provides users with the option of entering a competition by completing the email addresses of two friends who may be interested in the website. This is an extremely effective way of using viral marketing to increase the number of visitors to your website. As always the website has been built to be search engine friendly and to comply with the latest W3C industry standards.
