Our website needs to convey a strong brand identity, be informative and user friendly and instill confidence that our clients are going to receive the best possible service.

Chelsea Funeral Directors wanted to refresh the design of their previous website highlighting the staff behind the company, while creating a strong brand identity and focusing on the family-owned and independent character of CFD. The emphasis of the site was to shift to the offer of pre-paid funeral plans and the attentive care to their clients’ individual needs.

The Chelsea Funeral Directors website serves as a platform where clients can first encounter the company and its offers in an attractively yet sensitively designed web environment. Clearly labelled tabs lead to information about the different aspects of funerals and the various services on offer while a comprehensive contact page makes it as easy as possible for clients to reach out to the company. Important information and brand-related material has been anchored on all pages for discreet but effective marketing purposes. The challenge was to collate and present a comprehensive amount of information on all aspects of the services on offer in a user-friendly design while respecting the sensitive context of a funeral director.
