My first 2 weeks at Energy House Digital

My first 2 weeks at Energy House Digital have been brill! With an app launch, roof terrace BBQ, client pitch, digital strategy generation, ping pong games and lots of sugar – I feel at home already.

I’ve recently returned to London after being lucky enough to gain invaluable agency experience in Manchester, Melbourne and Newcastle. The best part of being an Account Manager is having the chance to work with a variety of clients on a variety of projects and never knowing what new prospect will come through next. Would I advise a 22 year old recently graduated me to follow the same path into Digital? Yes! It’s a fast paced, evolving, and exciting industry to be part and I’ve made some great friends on the way.

Team work, talented people and process are very important to a successful digital project and EHD have all of these in abundance. The result of which are long term clients in multiple sectors, happy staff and a growing business.

Having graduated in Graphic Design, I never had any formal training in Marketing and was keen to add theoretical experience to my practical – in January 2015 I began a Diploma in Digital Marketing provided by the IDM (as a side note I would recommend this educational body to anyone wishing to develop their knowledge of digital, be it internal or agency side).

Being part of the fun and focused EHD team together with my nearly new qualification (results out in Feb!), I’m excited about the next 4 years in Digital!
